The Losers

Bad Ass!!
Tha's what that was...all my comic book fans would agree ( i hope)
:)

Jeffrey Dean Morgan played the leader of the pack... is it just me or is he packing on the pounds?

Chris Evans added the comic relief-his rendition of Journey was epic!

Zoe Saldana , who seems to be everywhere lately, was sexy and kicking ass as well.

Idris Elba just added to the bad ass vibe.

Oscar Jaenada played the silent but deadly 'Cougar'--total bad ass.

Columbus Short was ...eh! he wasn't really doing anything for me....

check it out!

IRON MAN 2

I went to see Iron Man 2 with the primary intention to see Robert Downey Jr. who i have a non-existing love affair with. it's just something about his cocky nature that seemes so charming, but only he can get away with it w/ those big puppy dog eyes of his ... I also went to drool over Scarelett Johansson who played the lovely Natasha Romanoff (such a hottie)...

There were a slight character change in the movie as Don Cheadle stepped in to replace Terrance Howard which i think was a better fit anyways because Don Cheadle has a forgiving nature about him which went well with the plot of the movie...

if you stay until the very end of the movie like a few patient people and I did you'll catch a little sneek peek at what's coming next.. #spoiler

the movie was very entertaining--there was explosions--there was betrayal --there were epic battle scenes---there was a few character arc's--you know how it goes...

go see it!

A Nightmare on Elm's Street (2010)

Scary movies dont make me jump as they used to because now I know when its coming ... i guess i'm numb to it all. the impact if anything came from the loud speakers which were deafening.
Jackie Haley is creepy looking to begin with and as Kreuger his awkwardness was merely accented--> He fit the role so well. i think the movie would have had more edge if they went further with his molestation obsession factor but they were tame with it.

it was entertaining none the less. I enjoyed myself!!

Death at a Funeral (2010)

This movie was a TOTAL rip off of the original version.
I'm aware Dean Criag wrote for both movies but often British humor doesnt translate with Americans...and this movie stayed true to that fact.
There wasnt anything special about it with one exception: James Marsden. He was the only one worth watching and the majority of the movie he was tripping off acid which was the funniest thing about this movie. As for the other comedians --there wasnt much to laugh about. One would expect more of a knock-out laugh-out with Martin Lawerence and Chris Rock teamed together but it was a major let down.

Zoe Saldana was there to drool over (brownie points) and Danny Glover was just unapologetically unappealing (gag). the sound bites were just as stale-- they found a way to throw in Glover's famous quote 'im too old for this s***'... LAME

It probably would have better if they weren't trying so hard to stick to the orignal script from the original BRITISH version -- because it didnt translate well at ALL.
